After you e-mail us your order at orders@WesternWorkshop.com, we will send you an Invoice which will contain a link to Paypal's secure site. There you can either use your PayPal account or, if you do not have one, you can use a charge card to pay for your order. To keep the cost of our products down for our customers, we ship all orders out twice weekly; Monday and Thursday. We will notify you by E-Mail when we have received your payment and let you know when your order is expected to ship.
Please do not send us any of your credit card information by E-mail. Only enter that information on PayPal's secure site once you receive your Invoice. We will never have access to any of your personal financial information - a responsibility we really don't want to deal with.
For furniture and other woodwork orders you can either use the above PayPal system or you can also contact us for alternate payment methods such as certified check. Furniture orders will require a 50% deposit prior to the start of construction and the balance will be due in full before the items are shipped or picked up. All orders will be completed in the order that they are received; first come first served. We will notify you as to the approximate date of completion as soon as we can. Sorry but furniture orders will either need to be picked up at our shop in Edmonton, Alberta or we can arrange to deliver personally in Western Canada for fuel and some basic travel expenses.
